We are looking for an outstanding Engineering Program Manager to deliver next-generation sensing software technologies for health and fitness applications. From machine learning to artificial intelligence, you will be working at the cutting edge of custom hardware, data, and software capabilities to deliver world-class experiences.

Responsibilities
Drive large, cross-functional efforts to build technologies across multiple engineering teams.
Develop strong relationships and trust across system and module hardware and software teams.
Drive feature definition, implementation, and testing while working closely with algorithm, software engineering, embedded firmware, hardware, and testing teams.
Ensure effective inter-team coordination and communication throughout the development process.
Create and maintain development schedules, identify critical paths, and manage execution timelines.
Understand complex technical topics, identify project risks, and develop mitigation strategies.

Minimum Qualifications
1+ years of technical program or product management experience, or a leadership role in a large technical project.

Natural Language Processing (NLP)
Ability to dive into technical details.
Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and leadership skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and adaptable.
Regularly incorporates generative AI tools into daily program management work as a standard practice.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of technical program management experience in consumer-facing product development.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a PhD in a technical discipline.
Background in medical devices, coaching, or fitness.
Direct experience shipping or supporting GenAI or LLM-powered consumer features.
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay is determined based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Base Salary Range: $144,600 – $263,800 USD
