Lead, Mentor, and Scale: Direct, inspire, and grow a team of world-class PMMs in Bangalore, replicating your own strategic framework to uplevel their capabilities and output.
Cross-Functional Command: Act as the primary, high-visibility PMM partner to Product Management, Sales Leadership, and Global Demand Generation to align product roadmaps with commercial realities.
Drive Market Intelligence & Analyst Dominance: Architect and spearhead our analyst relations strategy to solidify and expand our leadership position in major evaluations (e.g., Gartner Magic Quadrants and Forrester Waves). Be an Executive Spokesperson: Serve as a premier thought leader and subject matter expert at key industry events, press briefings, and executive briefing centers with C-level prospects.
What We'd Like to See
Portfolio-Level Thinking: The ability to see past individual feature sets to stitch together a highly complex, multi-product portfolio into a single, cohesive business value proposition.
Executive Persuasion: Proven capability to influence, challenge, and manage up to global senior executives and product VPs using data-driven market insights.
Deep Persona Mastery: A sophisticated understanding of complex enterprise buyers—ranging from Chief Data Officers (CDOs), Chief Compliance Officers, and CISOs to data stewards and IT infrastructure managers.

Creative Disruption: A track record of thinking out-of-the-box to establish new market categories and launch creative, thought-provoking marketing campaigns that capture market share.
Role Essentials
10+ years of total professional experience, with a minimum of 4+ years of people management experience directly leading product marketing teams within an enterprise B2B SaaS environment.
Deep domain fluency in data governance, data privacy, regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), data lineage, or enterprise data management.
Exceptional executive communication skills—specifically the ability to transform highly complex technical structures, economic drivers, and regulatory hurdles into clear, business-value storytelling.
Extensive experience directly leading tier-1 analyst evaluation processes (Gartner/Forrester) with a track record of securing "Leader" quadrant outcomes.
Advanced experience building data-driven, multi-quarter go-to-market plans and dynamically adjusting them based on pipeline analytics and corporate shifts.
