Responsibilities Drive large, cross-functional efforts to build technologies across multiple engineering teams. Develop strong relationships and trust across system and module hardware and software teams. Drive feature definition, implementation, and testing while working closely with algorithm, software engineering, embedded firmware, hardware, and testing teams. Ensure effective inter-team coordination and communication throughout the development process. Create and maintain development schedules, identify critical paths, and manage execution timelines. Understand complex technical topics, identify project risks, and develop mitigation strategies. Synthesize large amounts of technical data into clear written and verbal analyses to support executive decision-making. Apply strong planning, leadership, and risk management practices to deliver successful products. Minimum Qualifications 1+ years of technical program or product management experience, or a leadership role in a large technical project. Knowledge of one or more of the following technologies: Embedded software Sensor systems Machine learning Computer vision Foundation models Natural Language Processing (NLP) Ability to dive into technical details. Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to work with diverse teams and collaborate, influence, and negotiate effectively across all levels of management. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and adaptable. Regularly incorporates generative AI tools into daily program management work as a standard practice. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical discipline. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of technical program management experience in consumer-facing product development. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a PhD in a technical discipline. Background in medical devices, coaching, or fitness. Direct experience shipping or supporting GenAI or LLM-powered consumer features. Compensation & Benefits Base pay is determined based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
